Titty Pie Tincture- Natural Lactation Aid - Boost your Breast Milk supply Naturally!

Already nursing and struggling to keep up?

I was! I have 4 children and have been nursed for over 10 years. As my life grew busier, nursing had become more challenging for me. My milk supply just didn't even compare to the amounts that I was able to give my first child. Frustrated and sleep deprived, this tincture was born! I was just too busy for teas and terrible at remembering to take pills. I love the convenience of a tincture! I would leave it on my desk and every time I think about it I take a dose. This tincture has boosted my milk supply like crazy! My babies were happy and I had more time to get things done because it cut my nursing sessions in half!

Titty Pie? You may be wondering where that came from. It is what my mother called her boobies when I was little. My mother nursed all 8 of us children until we each were around 3 years old. We were all a year apart, so I remember waiting my turn to climb under her gown and get my titty pie! In all of her wisdom, she inspired this recipe!

Certified Organic: Fenugreek, Nettle, Fennel Seed, Blessed Thistle, Hops, Goats Rue, Grain Alcohol, Deionized Water, and Vegetable Glycerin.

*yes there is alcohol in the tincture, but the whole bottle would be equivalent to a very ripe banana. Safe for baby and mom!

Directions: Take 1-2 dropperfuls by mouth 3-4 times daily. Do not drink more that 2oz. of liquids 10 minutes before or after each dose for best results. I would use it for a couple of days and see my milky supply improve, then I would take a break for a few days until I needed it again.

<3 Not delicious, but not terrible!!

Care information

YES, YOU CAN GET IT WET!! Chlorine isn't good for it, but a mild soap is. I clean mine with dish soap and a baby toothbrush every once in a while. You will see that the beads become shiny with body oils and will need to be cleaned. Then you can lay it in the sun to warm it and draw out the healing oils again.
