Refund policy

There are no refunds or exchanges due to personal nature of the jewelry. Everything is made to order specifically for each customer. If a customer orders the wrong length, it can be restrung for a cost. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping.

I guarantee the workmanship of your jewelry for 90 days. If there is an issue with your jewelry within 90 days, let me know and I will fix you up! 

For jewelry that has been broken after 90 days can be set back for restringing for a fee of $.50 per inch as well as shipping costs. I can restring any Baltic amber jewelry even if it was purchased somewhere else! 

All of my jewelry is made to order so please measure for the best fit! 

Is your item measuring a little short? When my jewelry is new, the knots are curly. The knots will settle after a little wear or you can hold on to both ends and gently pull. The length is there, I promise! I make everything to be the desired length, from tip to tip.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable for any reason. 

Issues due to the USPS are to be taken up with them by the customer. Items are not considered lost until 30 days after label is bought according to USPS. Amber and Haze is not responsible for items lost in the mail. Priority mail includes $100 worth of insurance and is always a good idea. I have been in the business over 10 years and have only seen a handful of orders lost in transit, most orders always show up eventually. In the case that is is lost, there are no refunds or replacement from us. I'm sorry!
