Shipping policy

I mail first class USPS within 14 business days. Please understand that all of my jewelry is made to order and depending on my workload there could be possible delays with your order.
I usually print my shipping labels first and then make each order in order and have it to the post office by the as soon as it is finished. Most everything is mailed by the 14th day, but please understand if your package is not mailed immediately.
There is a listing on my store that rushes your item. It is $5 per item but will put your order at the top of my worklist and usually mails within 2 business days. If you want to speed up delivery purchase the priority mail option with your jewelry. I appreciate your patience and support!!

Rush deliveries, insurance, or any upgrades will be covered by the buyer.

Packages shipped within the US aren't considered lost until 30 days from shipment date.

First Class International packages can take as long as ten weeks to be delivered.
***Please be aware of this fact before ordering. If an order is placed, then I ask that you remain patient and not worry and understand that I have no control as to how long it takes to deliver packages international or domestic.

If you have further questions on the delivery you can contact your local post office with the tracking number and they may be able to tell you more.

If a package is lost in the mail, we are not responsible. The mailroom is the problem, not us, so we do not refund or replace lost packages. Priority mail is automatically insured.
